Welcome to Friends of Sally website. We encourage you to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing or placing orders to our website. By using the website and its related services, products, and software (collectively, the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions"). You also accept the Terms and Conditions when you create an account, sign in as a guest, or log in to the Website. Friends of Sally may make changes on our website and the Terms and Conditions time to time and render them effective immediately upon posting in the website without prior notice. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you to stop using our website.
Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 3 business days.
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Friends of Sally the label with tracking information.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Friends of Sally cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes.
Friends of Sally is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Friends of Sally, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs.
Sale products and products purchased during a discount period are not eligible for a Refund or Store Credit, unless deemed faulty, and may only be returned for an Exchange within 14 days*.
Received something faulty/incorrect? Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Friends of Sally reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.
*14 days from the date of the products original delivery by the courier.
Friends of Sally does not accept refund.
Please record a video as you unbox your package, as we can only assist you with a proof of unboxing video.
We accept exchange for only these particular reasons;
1. Wrong items sent
2. Defect products

Lost, Damaged, & Stolen Items
Friends of Sally is not responsible for any lost or damaged, or stolen packages once it is shipped from our facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived, fall in the lost, damaged, stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
